 Our
Lady of Mercy Medical Center operates five ambulances in the New
York City 911 E.M.S system;
- Four basic life support (BLS) units
- One advanced life support (ALS) unit
All units respond solely to 911 emergencies in the communities of the Northeast Bronx around the clock.
We responded to over 20,000 calls for help last year alone!!
Our Lady of Mercy EMS has redesigned its patch and dedicated it
to all the men and women lost in the tragic events of 9/11/01.
